These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlas - IPTV Player mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Atlas Is
Atlas - IPTV Player is a media player application. Atlas - IPTV Player does not provide, host, sell, or distribute IPTV services, channels, playlists, or any media content.
2. Your Content and Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for any playlists, credentials, streams, or content you add to or access through the Service.
- You must ensure you have the legal right to access and view the content you use with the Service.
- We do not endorse or encourage the use of the Service for unlawful activity or copyright infringement.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures or abuse backend services.
- Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal behavior are controlled by Google Play and your Google account settings.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party IPTV providers, playlists, or content.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
